How “Not Your Average Joe’s” Fixed A Customer Issue
Last year, I signed up to be part of the email club for “Not your average Joe’s” to get a free birthday entree. This year on my birthday, all I got was a free dessert. When my best friend Kristin took me out to dinner, I asked them about it.
The waiter came back apologizing for the confusion and told me that the manager was going to pay for my dinner. Thanks Joe’s for doing the right thing.
