Psychics Are Like Actors
What I don’t understand is how someone can actually believe Psychics. Do you believe that Jack Bauer is actually a federal agent with CTU (a fictional agency)? No, he is portrayed by Kiefer Sutherland, an amazing actor. Why do people believe that Psychics are anything more than actors.
I was watching a special on the secrets of Psychics and they showed how they pull off some of their ‘tricks’ and they are quite stupid.
There was one situation where they had a man pick a card and not to show it to anyone. The host called a psychic and the psychic told the man which card he picked. However, the psychic did not actually visualize the card, he kept guessing until the host said the predetermined phrases. When he answered the phone he would say numbers until he hit the right number and the host would say hello. Then he would say the suits and when he was right the host would say hold on and hand the phone to the guy who picked the card.
I don’t like people who take money from people by cheating.
