Below is a picture of the seven layer dip that I made for the cook-in at my work today!
7 Layer Dip for Student City

This is a very easy and amazing tasting dip to make. The only time consuming part is cutting up the ingredients.

Ingredients: (depending on your pan size)
1 Head of Lettuce
2 Tomatoes
2 Cans of olives
2 Container’s Sour Cream
2 lbs of Shredded Cheese (Taco/Mexican style)
1 Large Onion
1 Container Salsa
1 Large Pan (container)

Preparation:
Cut up tomato into little pieces
Cut olives in half
Cut up onion into little pieces
Rip up lettuce into small pieces

Putting it all together (the way I make it)

  1. Place Lettuce on the bottom of pan
  2. Spread out tomatoes after lettuce
  3. Spread onion after tomatoes
  4. Spread olives after onion
  5. Pour container of salsa into pan and spread evenly
  6. Spoon out Sour Cream on top of the salsa spreading it evenly around pan
  7. Spread cheese evenly over sour cream – no white should show (picture after it was moved around)
  8. For special occasions I like to make a design with whole olives (SB = Spring Break for StudentCity.com)
  9. Eat using Tortilla Chips

Enjoy!!!
